To visualise the root growth buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) seed was placed in a rhizobox filled with the dirt. Rhizobox was inclined under 45 degrees for positioning of the growing roots closer to the lower wall in response to gravity. Buckwheat was grown in rhizobox for 7 days.
