To explore the root growth piece of potato (Solanum tuberosum) was placed in a rhizobox filled with the dirt. Rhizobox was inclined under 45 degrees for positioning of the growing roots closer to the lower wall in response to gravity. Potato was grown in rhizobox for 20 days.
